These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mayaluxurytransportation.com (the "Site") and the chauffeured transportation services provided by Maya Luxury Transportation ("Maya," "we," "us," or "our"), a Georgia-based provider serving the Atlanta metro. By using the Site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
1. The Service
We provide private, chauffeured ground transportation — airport transfers, point-to-point and hourly service, corporate travel, weddings and events, city tours, and long-distance trips — in and around the Atlanta metro area. We are a licensed and insured provider. Submitting the booking form sends us a request; a trip is confirmed only when we accept it and confirm the details and rate with you by phone, text, or email.
2. Bookings, Quotes & Pricing
Each trip is quoted individually, either as a flat rate or an hourly rate, and confirmed with you before the ride. Any prices, rate ranges, or savings figures shown on the Site — including statements that our rates are typically around 15% below comparable rideshare app fares — are good-faith estimates for general comparison only, not guarantees or binding offers. Actual fares vary by route, distance, timing, wait time, tolls, and demand, and your final rate is the amount we confirm with you before the trip.
3. Payment
Full payment is made securely online once your trip and rate are confirmed, using the payment method we provide. Where a deposit is requested to hold a booking, the deposit is non-refundable. Additional charges agreed with you (for example, extra stops, waiting time beyond the included allowance, or cleaning fees) are added to the final amount.
4. Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the confirmed fare.
- No-shows are charged the full confirmed fare.
- Please tell us about changes to your pickup time, location, passenger count, or flight as early as possible; significant changes may change the quoted rate.
We may decline or cancel a booking where we reasonably cannot perform it safely or as described; in that case any amount you have paid for that trip is refunded.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup, drop-off, timing, flight, and contact information;
- Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location;
- Keep the passenger count within the vehicle's capacity (up to 6) and the luggage within what the vehicle can safely carry;
- Tell us when booking if you need a child safety seat; Georgia law requires appropriate restraints for young children, and we can provide a seat on request;
- Behave lawfully and safely; no smoking or vaping, and no illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items;
- Be responsible for any damage to, or excessive soiling of, the vehicle caused by you or your party.
6. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays, missed flights or connections, or other losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including traffic, road or lane closures, weather, mechanical issues, flight schedule changes, or other force majeure events. We recommend allowing ample time for airport departures.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any trip or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the trip at issue, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. No Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate and available but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. This section does not affect our obligation to provide transportation services with reasonable care and skill.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maya Luxury Transportation and its driver(s) from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your unlawful conduct.
9. Third-Party Services & Trademarks
The Site references third-party services (e.g., Google Maps) and, for comparison, rideshare applications. "Uber," "Lyft," and other rideshare brands are trademarks of their respective owners. Maya Luxury Transportation is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any rideshare company. "GMC" and "Yukon Denali" are trademarks of General Motors, used only to identify the vehicle.
10. Intellectual Property
The Site's content, design, text, and images are owned by or licensed to Maya Luxury Transportation and may not be copied or reused without permission.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before filing any claim, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at the details below.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
